This was a last minute addition to our Route 66 trip and was well worth it. The room was spacious, everything was clean and parking was covered and right outside our door.

The room was very clean and it is a simple and easy location. Bare bones and cool retro but clean and easy.

Why stay here
This is still a real motor court from the days when people drove into Santa Fe and parked at their door. Small. Family-run. Close enough for the Plaza and the Railyard without losing that older pace. We like having you, and a lot of people come back. If you’ve stayed before, tell us when you write or call; we’ll take care of you.
How to book
Best way: call the desk at (505) 983-8879. We answer around the clock. You get our best available rate, no extra booking-site fee, and a person who can set the room up.
Call (505) 983-8879You can also request a stay by email if that is easier. Nothing is held until we confirm with you.
Ask for tonight’s rate when you call. Rates move with the season and with Santa Fe’s busy weekends.
Staying three or more nights, or here for work? Call the desk. They can quote what is open, including longer stays they set up at the desk.
A family inn
Kings Rest Court Inn has been family owned and operated since the 1980s. We are a small place. If you need something, ask. If we are with a guest, give us a minute.
Eat nearby
We don’t put out a continental breakfast, because the good stuff is a short hop from the court. Grab a breakfast burrito or tacos at El Parasol, sit down at The Pantry for breakfast or lunch, or get coffee at Iconik and Counter Culture.
Later in the day, head toward the Railyard for a pint at Second Street Brewery, pizza at Bruno’s or Back Road Pizza on Second Street, and authentic New Mexican at La Choza and Tomasita’s. A couple minutes away.
That’s part of the fun of staying here: park at the court, then go eat like a local.
